Pioneering Batch of Meridian VI Ambassadors

The group of Visually Impaired graduated from the class after 4 weeks. Our vision is that these VI will acquire a skill that would enable them to earn an income and at the same time make an impact on the community.

As part of their OJT, we conducted a session for their families and friends. It was a very heartwarming day as they practiced what they learnt, massage for their children, family members and friends.

If you have a wish to engage this group of ambassadors, please contact Theingi Soe

Singapore Action Group for Elders

To kick off the Thumb It Pink Campaign, we were invited to speak to about 80 over guests and members to Singapore Action Group for Elders(SAGE). SAGE was formed way back in 1977 as an association for our elderly to keep healthy and happy together.

The day was in the evening during Members get-together cum CNY celebration. Together with one of my associate Princessita, we went to SAGE to give an introductary talk about Meridian Massage and how to stay healthy and adopt preventive measures.

As we shared about common ailments among the elderly, we touched on respiratory issues like cough, running nose, sinus etc. Another area we highlighted was of insomnia and sleeplessness. This was something close to them and they were all delighted. Members were all elated by the announcement that there will be regular classes at SAGE as part of Project Thumb It Pink.

After the intro talk, we had a chat with most of the members, realised that most common issue is knee/joints pains and aches. Now it's time for us at essentiallymeridian to make a difference in their life, let them enjoy their retirement in good health and in delight.

Our Mission our Passion

THUMB IT PINK - Why Thumb It Pink?
To be in the PINK of health is what everyone hope for. Accupressure Massage with the use of our little Thumb could unblock stagnant "Qi" and blood flow causing blockages resulting in symptons like headaches, cold, flu, PMS, insomnia etc.

Thumb It Pink is the movement initiated by a group of passionate Meridian Ambassadors who have been promoting DIY Self Healing Methods to family and friends since 2004 after learning this simple yet effective therapy. Since then, we have helped many people relieve of headaches, migraines without the need to rely on painkillers.

Corporates and associations have also invited us to speak during their lunch talks and corporate events to promote healthy living among the staff and this has in turn benefitted the families of the staff as well.

Thumb It Pink is a way of expressing our gratitude to the community and expressing our love for people with a common belief in our mission

Our mission is to spread the goodness of Preventive Healthcare & Care for the community

We shall take the first step towards advocating Thumb It Pink so that not only our own family members but friends and people around us would experience the magical touch and enjoy the warmth of relief. When more people have benefitted and are reminded the easy way of staying in pink of health in their daily lives, we are certain that it will have a catalytic effect in bringing about greater joy,and wellness to our community today.

Our humble wish is to share our knowledge with ALL VWOs in Singapore by end of YR 2008 and inspire more and more people to join us in promoting good health and caring for the community as part of their social service.

We welcome anyone who shares our ideal to join us in Project Thumb It Pink. If you are part of any VWOs and would like to enjoy this service, we'd be most delighted to arrange a date with you. Please contact Theingi at theingi@essentiallymeridian.com

On 18 November 2007 - We were honoured to be invited by C3A Council to be part of their carnival celebrating Active Aging Festival. Here's some of the shots taken there... a group of us were stationed there providing knowledge of how to keep healthy in our daily life, - use of chemical free products, taking pesticides free food and maintaining a healthy routine.
